Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer inquiries
– Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
– Record customer information within our customer service database
– Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
– Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies

Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– High school diploma or equivalent is required
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
