Assistant Store Manager
A fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join a well-established, high-end retail store in the heart of the city. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
– Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
– Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store Manager to order new stock
– Assist with merchandising and maintaining store appearance
Qualifications:
