Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing them with the assistance they need. You will also be responsible for processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
