M&J Window Care is hiring for an Outdoor Marketing Representative position with prior experience in customer service, sales, and marketing. The company specializes in exterior home improvement. The representative will work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements
– Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
– Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements
– Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
– Lay out floorings, roofings, or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible
– Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance
– Build scaffolding and other construction structures

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Carpenter
– Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
– Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools
– Ability to read technical documents and drawings
– Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
– Good physical condition and dexterity
– Attention to detail
– High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in carpentry is a plus
