Description:

Ceres Global Ag Corp is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our Calgary facility. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the daily operations of the Calgary facility
– Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
– Manage inventory levels and procurement
– Supervise and train staff
– Maintain relationships with vendors and clients

Qualifications:
