Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing sales strategies and attracting new clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.

Responsibilities and Duties

– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
– Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
– Manage sales conversations with prospective clients to identify their needs and requirements
– Generate new leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and social media
– Qualify leads by understanding clients’ needs, budget, and timeline
– Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients
– Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
– Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for sales and revenue growth
– Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market changes
– Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
– Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Solid understanding of sales techniques and principles
– Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Results-oriented and motivated by success

Expected salary: $2746.69 – 3348.16 per month
