Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
– Educate customers about the features and benefits of our products
– Process transactions using our point of sale system
– Maintain an organized and clean store environment
– Assist in restocking shelves and merchandise displays
– Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
Qualifications:
– Previous retail or sales experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
