A Division Manager position is available with a company looking for candidates with experience in business development, client relationship management, and project management. Candidates from outside of British Columbia are welcome to apply but will need to relocate for the role.
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Maintain office filing and storage systems
– Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file maintenance
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Assist with event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
