Job Description
Our company is looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
