Craft fuels every project in this role, which reports to the Fleet Manager/Line Maintenance. The role is responsible for developing the annual operating plan for the business unit and acts as a project sponsor, designing projects.
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls and emails, and providing general administrative support to the office.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls and emails
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Provide administrative support to the office as needed
– Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
