Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
– Data entry and maintaining updated records
– Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
– Handling office supplies and inventory
– Assisting with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous administrative experience preferred
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
