Job Description:

Our company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from beginning to end. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing all phases of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Develop a comprehensive project plan, including budget, timeline, and resources
– Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling subcontractors, ordering materials, and organizing inspections
– Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page
– Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure that deadlines are met
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
– Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed on the job site
– Review and approve all change orders and invoices related to the project
– Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
– At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent time management and organizational abilities
– Knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations
– Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
– PMP certification is a plus
