Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Edmonton, AB

Salary: $19 – $23 per hour

Job Description:

– Coordinate and manage the full cycle recruitment process for multiple customer groups
– Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
– Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
– Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract talent
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
– Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
