Title: Financial Services Specialist

Location: Ottawa, Ontario

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to join their team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice and excellent customer service to clients. Duties include analyzing clients’ financial situations, recommending suitable financial products, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:
– Analyze clients’ financial situations and provide personalized financial advice
– Recommend suitable financial products and services to meet clients’ needs
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Conduct client reviews and proactively reach out to clients to provide relevant financial advice
– Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial products

Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience in a financial services role
– Strong knowledge of financial products and services
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Relevant certifications (e.g. CSC, CFP) is an asset
