The Infrastructure Division is seeking a Project Coordinator for their Water Division in Vancouver. The role involves assisting Project Managers, Group Managers, and Division Managers with various tasks and projects within the division.
Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative duties, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
– Coordinate meetings and appointments
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assist with data entry and record-keeping
– Liaise with vendors and service providers
– Organize and maintain office filing system
– Handle general office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Detail-oriented and able to multitask
