Job Description
Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Montreal, QC
Salary: $16 – $18 an hour
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal, QC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
– Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance
– Working closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
