The job description is for an ERP Project Manager who will be responsible for managing moderate to large scale projects within a business unit. They will collaborate with business stakeholders and project sponsors to create a project plan and ensure its successful execution.
Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding products and services
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
– Communicate effectively with team members and management
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

– Previous customer service experience is preferred
