AECOM is seeking a Civil Engineer/Project Manager for a full-time position in their Barrie, ON office. The candidate must be able to work well in a team and effectively communicate with other project team members.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including managing communications, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and handling various other tasks as needed.
Key responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Manage and organize office files and records
– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents
– Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
– Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
