The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects at various stages, overseeing them from pre-construction to closeouts. The seasoned Project Manager will provide status updates and ensure the successful completion of projects.
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and assisting in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate staff
– Greeting and assisting visitors
– Data entry and record keeping
– Filing and organizing documents
– Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments
– Ordering office supplies
– Other general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous office experience is preferred
– Strong organizational skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
