Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities:
– Analyze customer needs and assist in translating them into application and operational requirements
– Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements
– Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers
– Develop and maintain project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion
– Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
– Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
– Participate in testing and QA activities to ensure deliverables meet requirements
– Communicate progress and issues to project stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
– Knowledge of SQL, data mining tools, and data visualization software
– Experience with CRM systems and ERP systems is a plus
