Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Stock Controller to manage our inventory and purchase merchandise based on our company’s needs. The Stock Controller will be responsible for overseeing the storage and organization of inventory, monitoring stock levels, and tracking inventory movements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Monitor inventory levels and forecast trends
– Place orders for merchandise based on inventory needs
– Receive shipments and verify accuracy of incoming inventory
– Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
– Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
– Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any inventory discrepancies
– Generate reports on inventory levels and movements
– Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in inventory management or stock control
– Strong analytical and mathematical skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
