Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Mississauga, ON

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
– Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions
– Assist with employee relations issues by investigating complaints, mediating conflicts, and recommending solutions
– Coordinate and track employee training and development programs
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
– Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
– Support payroll processing and administration as needed
– Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications:
– Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or coordination
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Highly organized and detail-oriented
– Proficient in MS Office applications
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
