Job Description
Position: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Assist with preparing presentations and materials for meetings
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Assist with budgeting and financial reporting

Qualifications:
