Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a clerical assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and assisting with various tasks such as data entry, filing, and general office duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner
– Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
