Job Description:

Our company is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee and implement safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all employees. The Safety Manager will be responsible for conducting safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and developing strategies to mitigate risks. This role will also involve training employees on safety procedures, maintaining safety records, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement safety programs to ensure a safe work environment
– Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards
– Develop strategies to mitigate risks and improve safety
– Provide safety training to employees and promote a safety-conscious culture
– Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with safety regulations
– Investigate and report on accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions
– Collaborate with management and employees to improve safety processes and procedures

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
– Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation preferred
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management
– Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
