The Health Promotion Specialist will report to the Manager of Child Safety Link and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing program initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management and organizational skills, as well as proven outstanding interpersonal abilities.
Job Description

Key responsibilities of the role include:

– Process plant invoices, following up where necessary
– Provide support with payroll processing
– Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
– Reconcile bank statements
– Assist with the annual external audit
– Prepare and submit various financial reports to management
– Maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications for the role include:

– Diploma or degree in accounting or finance
– 2+ years of experience in a similar role
– Strong attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
