A contract position is available for an experienced Peoplesoft Project Manager for an Ottawa based client, lasting 2-3 months with the option to work remotely.
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Calgary, AB

Job Type: Full-time

Our client, a fast-growing company in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by actively listening to customer inquiries and concerns, determining appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing product information.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
– Provide solutions and product information to customers
– Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Monitor and manage customer accounts
– Engage with customers to build relationships and promote brand loyalty
– Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
– Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Knowledge of CRM systems is an asset
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
