Responsibilities:
– Source, negotiate and purchase materials and services from approved suppliers
– Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
– Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
– Keep accurate records of purchases and pricing
– Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings
– Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
– Strong negotiation skills
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of construction materials and processes is an asset
