Position: Accounting Assistant
Location: Mississauga
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Processing invoices and expense reports
– Reconciling bank statements and financial records
– Assisting with month-end close procedures
– Generating financial reports as needed
– Providing general administrative support to the accounting department
Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field
– 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and time management skills
