Job Description:
Do you have a passion for customer service and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Our company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services
– Processing orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
– Maintaining customer records and updating databases

Qualifications:
