Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven ability to drive sales, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
– Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in their roles
– Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
– Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty
– Oversee day-to-day operations of the store and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Ability to motivate and inspire team members
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
