Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18-22 per hour
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
