Job Description

Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Location: Squamish, BC

Salary: $20 per hour

We are currently seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team in Squamish, BC. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience and a strong understanding of customer service. The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
– Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service
– Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
– Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
