Our client, a top 5 bank, is seeking a Planning Manager for a 12-month contract in Toronto with potential for extension and conversion. Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize office operations and procedures
– Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Assist with the organization and coordination of office events and meetings
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
