Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies needed for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement procurement strategies
– Identify potential suppliers and maintain relationships with existing vendors
– Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are ordered in a timely manner
– Work closely with internal departments to determine procurement needs
– Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement
– Oversee the procurement process from start to finish

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or a similar role
– Strong negotiation skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
– Knowledge of supply chain management best practices
