Job Description:

Our company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in the Greater Montreal Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall objectives of the organization.

Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
– Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues
