Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in our busy office in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and answering phones.
Responsibilities:
– Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
– Maintain office supplies and order as needed
– Coordinate meetings and appointments
– Provide administrative support to team members as needed
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Assist with data entry and record keeping

Qualifications:
