Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of construction projects ranging from $50-200M. This role offers a challenging and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in different market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading project teams to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects
• Monitoring and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff members

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Proven experience delivering projects ranging from $50-200M
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach to project management
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or related field are desirable
