Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and experienced HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding process
– Coordinate employee relations activities, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
– Maintain employee records and files in compliance with legal requirements
– Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in HR or related role
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems
