Job Description:

Our client, a fast-growing retail company, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of running a successful retail store. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

– Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
– Ensure store cleanliness and organization at all times
– Train and develop store employees
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
– Assist with merchandising and visual displays
– Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

– Previous retail experience preferred
