Job Description:

– Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the company’s objectives
– Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for team members
– Developing budgets and operating plans for the business
– Analyzing financial reports and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
– Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
– Maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
– Overseeing daily operations and making adjustments as necessary to meet targets
– Monitoring performance metrics to ensure company goals are met
– Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
– Collaborating with senior management to make decisions regarding strategic planning and expansion.

Expected salary: $112500 – 125000 per year
