Position: Office Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks, supervising support staff, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
– Supervise support staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants, and provide guidance and support as needed
– Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate repairs and maintenance as required
– Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
– Assist with HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
– Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven experience in office management or a similar role
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
