Assist Project Manager in developing, reviewing, and implementing the Project HSE Management Plan. Conduct inductions and training for Sedgman and subcontractor personnel. Help responsible manager identify project HSE risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place. Provide advice on HSE best practices to promote a safe work environment.

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour
Our company is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing and maintaining calendars
– Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
– Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
– Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Data entry and record keeping
– Coordinating travel arrangements
– Providing general administrative support to management and staff
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
