Job Description

Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Client Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting with account opening and maintenance, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Assist clients with account opening, transfers, and other account-related tasks
– Provide support to the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of service is delivered to clients
– Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
