  • Responsible for day-to-day coordination and execution of digital content projects for LCBO.com, LCBO App, and digital signage within a designated portfolio and assigned campaigns.
  • Coordinate project deliverables (copy, assets, asset tagging, file preparation for publishing) and time management to meet deadlines.
  • Attend and contribute to all digital content project briefings and production meetings.
  • Evaluate project requirements and support the development of critical paths.
  • Build and maintain project details and requirements using project management tools (e.g., Trello).
  • Identify and traffic change requests.
  • Coordinate all copy translation requirements with internal French Language Services department.
  • Support tasks related to digital asset coordination (image sourcing and purchasing, Digital Asset Management (DAM) library updates, assigning taxonomy and metadata to assets, and trafficking asset files between various internal LCBO teams and agency partners).
  • Create webpage content wireframes and mock-ups.
  • Work with internal teams & external partners including Marketing, e-Commerce, Corporate Communications, digital content production agency, web editors and writers.
  • Support Manager, Content Planning and Projects with streamlining existing ways of working and identify new processes to drive efficiency and effective collaboration.

About You

  • Demonstrated marketing skills in a retail environment, acquired through a combination of relevant work experience and/or related post-secondary education.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of consumer marketing, branding, advertising, digital and social media marketing, and reporting.
  • Proven expertise with digital marketing campaigns acquired through prior experience in a creative marketing or advertising role.
  • Knowledge of marketing tactics, design process, and print production.
  • Excellent project coordination skills, including demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in budget tracking.
  • Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Trello (or other project management tools) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of beverage alcohol industry and product knowledge an asset.

Position: Administrative Assistant
