Description:

The Peak Group of Companies is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that our high standards of quality and service are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain a creative and innovative menu to meet the needs of our customers
– Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
– Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and service quality
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in a kitchen management role
– Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
– Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is an asset
