Senior Quality Assurance Engineer position available on the IT team, reporting to the Manager of Quality Assurance. Responsible for implementing quality principles, promoting them to project stakeholders, and ensuring integration of quality standards in the project.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Processing customer orders and returns
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– High school diploma or equivalent
