The Foundations Project Manager will oversee partnerships in Canada and abroad, handle operational and financial aspects, address legal disputes, and escalate issues to the Operations Manager. They will also establish a project management team with defined roles and responsibilities.
Job Description:

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will provide administrative support to the office staff, handle incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, maintain office supplies, and assist with various projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and data entry
– Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
– Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate staff member
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff
– Order and maintain office supplies
– Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
– Strong attention to detail
