Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
– Process orders and manage customer accounts
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
