Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

Description:

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee all aspects of our production facility in Nevada, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of production staff, implementing process improvements, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

– Manage day-to-day operations of the production facility
– Oversee production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
– Implement and monitor process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
– Ensure quality control standards are met
– Manage and mentor production staff
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
– Monitor inventory levels and track production costs
– Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Experience with lean manufacturing principles
– Knowledge of production scheduling and inventory management
– Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
– Strong problem-solving skills
